How do I get to the RSUN store?
Our address in Manila is 2241 Taft Ave., Malate Manila.
If you're coming from Quiapo, it's along Taft avenue right in between the Quirino Ave., and Vito Cruz stations of the LRT. It's alongside (and a couple of buildings before) De La Salle University's Gokongwei Hall.
Our address in Mandaluyong is 713 Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.
It's directly at the foot of the flyover (to your right) if you're coming from Capitolyo in Pasig. If from EDSA, take the shoulder passing thru lane at Starmall and exit at Shaw. Go straight until the foot of the flyover to your right. In both cases, you should see it right before you get to the Friendly Care Clinic (yellow building to your right).

What are your opening hours?
RSUN is open daily from 9am-6pm in our Taft Ave. store, while our Shaw Blvd. store opens at 10am-7pm. Both brsnches are open from 12nn to 5pm.

Can someone help me plan and design my PC?
RSUN store offers FREE PC Planning Services if you wish to purchase an entire set for your home or business. Call 722-7896 or (0922) 319-5711 to find out how our PC Planners can help you plan and choose a PC design that is right for you. We also offer a FREE INTERNET CAFE planning service in our stores and an interactive PC building program here in this website, just go to Mix and Match to help you come up with the perfect PC. If in case some of the items are not in our pricelist just call us or email us and we'll get back to you as soon as we have the prices for the items you're looking for. Are the prices posted here in your website always updated?
Yes. The prices posted here at our website are ALWAYS up-to-date. Stock availability may vary from time to time however.
Can you give me a copy of your latest pricelist as soon as a new one is available?
Yes, we'd gladly do. All you have to do is join our mailing list by filling up the form in the bottom part of our main webpage.
Do you offer discounts for volume orders?
Yes. Please note that volume orders pertains to orders which exceed three (3) per item. So therefore, when you order four (4) or more of the same item (per purchase) then the volume price takes effect. For example, let's just say that item X indicates that its Price is P1,000 and its Volume Price is P950. If you purchase Item X for one (up to three) piece then you'd be buying it at P1,000/each. However, if you'd be purchasing four or more of it (in a single purchase) then your purchase price goes down to P950 each.

Are your prices VAT inclusive?
All prices in our pricelist are VAT EXCLUSIVE.
How often do you usually change prices?
We usually do it twice (sometimes once) a week depending on the price movements. There's no particular day exactly when we do it.
What are the accredited banks where I can pay my ordered items?
You can pay thru the following:

Please do note that some bank transactions have minimal service charges that you need to shoulder.
Do you accept personal cheques?
Sorry, we only accept cash.
I'm from outside Metro Manila and I've deposited my payment in the bank, what next?
Please fax or email to us a copy of your deposit or payment slip so we can confirm the payment details. After confirming your payment, we'll send the items to you ASAP.
Are there any other charges I should know about?
Yes. We charge an assembly fee of P500 per unit and a delivery charge of P300 on selected areas within Metro Manila.

What settings or software do I need to view the RSUN website?
The RSUN site works with all commonly used browsers, on both PC and Mac platforms. For optimal viewing, we recommend a resolution of 1024 x 768.
Can I find all RSUN products on the website?
This site features hundreds of RSUN products as a way of demonstrating the width and depth of our product range. However, this is only a small portion of RSUNs complete product range. You can call or visit our store if you have products in mind which are not in our list.
Can I purchase products from the RSUN website?
Yes. We do have an online shopping feature. Should you want to buy a particular product, please visit our site page and click the order button to make the purchase. Do note that you must register an online account with us before you can make an online order. Registration for an online account is free.
